Stonehouse Stables IEA Team Takes Regional Finals!

 

 

This past weekend, Stonehouse’s IEA Team took their High School Team as well as 5 individual qualifiers to the Bi-regional Final Horse Show in Chesapeake. It was a great weekend with many great rides had by all riders. The high school team finished in 4th place for the show out of 9 teams! Here are some of the highlights of the weekend:

 

Susan Schell received recognition for being the High Point Rider in the region for both JV Novice on the flat and JV Novice over fences.

Victoria Harder received recognition for being the High Point Rider in the region for JV Beginner flat.

Christopher Snyder received 8th place in the Varsity Open over fences class for his team.

Allie Marcotte received 7th place in the Varsity Open flat class for her team.

Haley Roberts received 1st place in the Varsity Intermediate over fences class for the team.

Abigail Best received 2nd place in the Varsity Intermediate on the flat individual class. This qualifies her to move on the Zone 3 finals in March!

Susan Schell received 1st place in the Novice over fences individual class. This qualifies her to move on the Zone 3 finals in March!

Victoria Harder received 7th place in the Beginner flat class for her team.

 

We are very excited that both Abigail Best and Susan Schell qualified to advance to the Zone 3 Finals Horse Show in St. Andrews, North Carolina in March. If you see either of these riders around the barn, wish them the best of luck!
